Research Interest

I am a computational systems biologist. I lead the EvolOMICs  group consisting of young researchers and students at the Tezpur University. We study complex phenomena of evolution in biological systems starting from the subcellular molecular levels microscopic to the whole organism and ecosystem level macroscopic level using Next Generation Sequencing, Big data and robust computer algorithms.
