Foreign nationals entering India are required to posses a valid travel document in the form of National Passport and a valid visa obtained from Indian Mission abroad. All foreign participants are requested to apply for conference visa in the Indian Visa Online.

The duly signed physical copy of the application form completed in all respect and submitted successfully, is to be submitted at the concerned Indian Visa Application Center (IVAC) or directly to Indian Mission/ Post, on the scheduled date of interview along with the requisite supporting documents.

For obtaining the conference visa, the following documents must be submitted to the Indian Visa Application Center (IVAC) or directly to Indian Mission/ Post:

1. Duly signed physical copy of the application form completed in all respect and submitted successfully.
2. Invitation letter from the conference organizer.
3. Security clearance from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
4. Political clearance from the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
5. Clearance from the nodal Ministry, MHRD, Government of India.

We will be glad to provide an invitation letter to support your visa application. If you need an invitation letter, please select the option in the registration form during registration. You will be prompted to provide us with the following information:

• Name of Applicant (as written in your passport)
• Father's/Husband's Name
• Date of birth
• Place of birth
• Nationality
• Passport Number
• Date and Place of issue (passport)
• Date of expiry (passport)
• Address

The information should be completed, without it we cannot provide you a visa letter. After we have received your conference fee, we will send you the visa letter. If you have already registered, and failed to provide the visa related information, please mail to us at premi2019@tezu.ernet.in with the above mentioned information. A copy of the necessary clearance forms will also be provided along with the invitation letter.

Conference Visa for participants from Afghanistan, China, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Sudan, foreigners of Pakistan origin and stateless persons can be issued ONLY after additional clearance by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Therefore, online application for Conference Visa must be submitted at least 60 days in advance. Participants from the above mentioned places must send the 'Online Visa Appication Number' to premi2019@tezu.ernet.in. This information is required for sending the invite.
