The conference proceedings will be published by Springer International Publishing in its LNCS series. In submitting a manuscript to PReMI, authors acknowledge that no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another journal, conference, or other event with published proceedings. In such a case, the submission to PReMI will be rejected without review.
PReMI 2019 follows a system. Author should not include their names and affiliations in the manuscript. Authors should also ensure that their identity is not revealed indirectly (by avoiding acknowledgments to collaborators, direct citations to author's previous work, and uploading manuscripts in publicly accessible websites). (including figures, tables), complete with authors’ affiliations in the camera-ready submission. Papers exceeding eight pages (limited to maximum 2 pages) will be subjected to over length page charges. Submissions that do not satisfy the length restriction will be desk rejected. Further, authors should ensure that the paper length is commensurate with the content.

The PReMI 2019 Doctoral Symposium will be held at Tezpur University, Tezpur, India, on Dec 17, 2019- the first
day of PReMI 2019. It will be a forum for PhD students to showcase their research works in different topics of PReMI 2019.
The presenters will benefit from lively discussions and critical feedback on their work. We, hereby, request PhD advisors to
nominate their PhD students who are close to graduation to submit abstracts to this doctoral symposium. The abstracts will undergo a review process. The selected students will present their work in the PReMI 2019 Doctoral Symposium.

Abstract Submission: Each nominated PhD student needs to submit a two-page abstract and the list of his/her publications.
The abstract should contain the motivation for the research problem, prior work, the solution approach and analytical or
empirical results. The abstract should use the same template as used for the conference. The abstract and the list of
