Submission

The conference proceedings will be published by Springer International Publishing in its Springer LNCS Proceedings. In submitting a manuscript to PReMI 2019, authors acknowledge that no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another journal, conference, or other event with published proceedings. In such a case, the submission to PReMI 2019 will be rejected without review.

Plagiarism:
  • The single source similarity score should not be more than 5% and the overall similarity score should be reduced in order to include the paper in the PReMI 2019 Springer LNCS Proceedings.
Camera-ready Submission Instructions:
  • Please follow strictly the author instructions of Springer International Publishing in its Springer LNCS Proceedings when preparing the final version:

  • Papers should be of maximum eight A4 pages (including figures, tables, references), complete with authors’ names and affiliations in the camera-ready submission.
  • Papers exceeding eight pages (limited to maximum 2 pages) will be subjected to over length page charges. Submissions that do not satisfy the length restriction will be desk rejected.

  • All submissions will be handled electronically via the conference's EasyChair author account.

  • Follow the instructions for uploading THREE files using EasyChair:
    • (a) A zipped file containing all your LaTeX source files and the similarity report for plagiarism check using Turnitin/iThenticate plagiarism detection tool
    (b) PDF version of your camera-ready paper (make sure that you have incorporated the suggestions made by reviewer against your paper in the final version) and
    (c) Signed Springer LNCS consent form to publish in PDF format. The consent form should be downloaded and necessary author (s) information should be filled-in and signed by at least one of the authors of the accepted paper and scanned in PDF format before uploading.
Publication:
  • All accepted papers for ORAL or POSTER CUM SHORT ORAL PRESENTATION will be published in the Springer LNCS Proceedings.

  • Our publisher has recently introduced an extra control loop: once data processing is finished, publisher will contact all corresponding authors and ask them to check their papers for final proofread. We expect this to happen shortly before the printing of the proceedings. At that time your quick interaction with Springer will be greatly appreciated.

Attendance Responsibilities:
  • Every accepted paper must be presented by one of the authors.
