Brief biodata

Dr. Diana Thongjaomayum obtained her B. Sc. (H) and M.Sc. degree in Physics from Miranda House, University of Delhi in the year 2007 and 2009 respectively. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Condensed Matter Theory from North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) in 2017. Post Ph.D., she worked as a Post-doctoral research fellow at Institute for Basic Science, Daejeon, South Korea from 2017 to 2020. Her research interests are in the broad areas of condensed matter and statistical physics.

Research

Currently her research is focussed on non equilibrium statistical mechanics, disordered systems and interacting quantum particles.
