Research Interest

We are trying to understand the functioning of intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs), Protein aggregation mechanism in neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer, Parkinson, etc., cancer biology (breast cancer), thermostable and antifreeze proteins and the DNA repairing mechanism using computational techniques.
