A pathway is a series of actions among molecules in a cell that leads to a certain product or a change in the cell [National Institutes of Health (NIH)]. Host organisms regulate particular pathways by turning on/off genes in them leading to desired responses against pathogens. The pathways tab houses a unique collection of the key biological pathways that get triggered in rice plant on Rhizoctonia solani (R. solani) infection. Each differentially regulated molecule was handpicked from available scientific literatures, knowledge integrated and mapped to their respective KEGG pathways. Users can visualize and download the pathways and their respective genes that were found to be differentially regulated in rice plant on R. solani infection all under a single window. Both static and dynamic (node flexible) pathway files are provided for better visualization and understanding. Here, molecules coloured in yellow represents evidence of down-regulation, red represents evidence of up-regulation and orange represents evidence of both up and down regulation under infection condition.
