On 19th April 2022, Bathou Anchalik meeting was held in Borpukhuri Anandpur Gohpur,Assam. 13 villages gathered together for the meeting. Dr. Madhurima Goswami, Principal investigator and Dr. Ivy Daimary, Research Associate shared sets of experiences on Bathou religion. They spoke on the significance of traditions and beliefs of the community which needs to be preserved since the traditional practices are going to extinct gradually. The speakers stressed on the need of documentation of the age old religious and cultural practices of the Bodo community. After the meeting, an interview session was organized where doudinis narrated their life histories
