OBJECTIVE

In general to learn physics and in particular to recapitulate and refresher the knowledge of serving teachers related to Quantum Mechanics and Quantum Field Theory
To inculcate the culture of learning and self-improvement amongst teachers thereby add quality teaching to the student community
To provide opportunities for teachers to exchange experience with their peers and mutually learning from each other
To provide a forum for serving teachers to keep abreast of the latest advances in physics by interacting with the Senior Scientists
