About NCARe Centre:
Nutrition and Community Action Resource (NCARe) Centre is a State Nutrition Resource Centre attached to the Department of Social Work, Tezpur University. The Centre is envisaged to complement the efforts of the Government of Assam under POSHAN Abhiyaan by fostering collaboration, designing technical courses, documentation of good practices, supporting technical trainings, facilitating convergence, demonstrations of models, and concurrent monitoring and independent evaluations for nutrition interventions. The Centre is supported by UNICEF ASSAM.
