Blood Donation Camp
Tezpur University organized Mega Blood Donation Camp on 19/02/2022, in collaboration with Indian Red Cross Society, NSS and NCC with the assistance of Tezpur Medical college in which 76, NSS and NCC volunteers successfully donated blood out of total 106 registered volunteers.
Gyan Utsav
NSS Volunteers of Tezpur University organised Daan Utsav
under Gyanmalini on 15th May, 2022 within the University
premises to inculcate the spirit of charity.
Yoga Camp
The 8th edition of the International Yoga Day was
celebrated at a grand scale in Tezpur University. Being
one of the 75 iconic destinations where Yoga mahotsav was
observed, NSS Cell, Tezpur University organised mass Yoga
demonstration at the University premises to commemorate
the occasion.
Nasha Mukta Bharat Abhiyaan
Poster making competition organized by NSS,Tezpur
University on the theme "Awareness on Substance abuse" as
a part of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan. 121 Volunteers
actively participated and many creative posters were made
by them.
International Women's Day
Poster Making and Slogan Writing Competition held on 9th
March in the 1 Week long campaign in recognition of
International Women's Day 2022. Students were given two
topics: Women Empowerment and Women's Health and Hygiene
.
World Bicycle Day
Bicycle Rally organised by NSS Cell, Tezpur University on
the occasion of World Bicycle Day on 3rd June, 2022. A
great participation was observed from the volunteers to
spread the message of a clean and green environment.

NSS Volunteers from Tezpur University attended a webinar
organized by Ministry of Youth Affairs and sports on "Data
Privacy and Social Media Safety" conducted by Cyber Peace
Foundation on 16th July, 2022.
Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign
NSS Cell Tezpur University organised Tiranga Cycle Rally
to create awareness about the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign,
under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The Cycle
Rally was organised to encourage people to bring Tiranga
home and hoist it to mark the 75 years of Indian
Independence..
National Nutrition Week
On the occasion of National Nutrition Week, NSS volunteers
from Tezpur University participated in a poster making
competition organised within the campus to generate
awareness related to healthy and balanced nutrition.
World Suicide Prevention Day
On the occasion of World Suicide Prevention Day, NSS Cell
Tezpur University set an example of creating hope through
action by organising a street play event in collaboration
with Darrang College and Youth Wellness Hub, LGBRIMH.
