The new state-of-the-art Guest House of the University "Niribili" was commissioned in May 2009. Sited on a two-acre green campus, the University Guest House has 63 well furnished rooms, offers 40 Deluxe rooms, 12 Suite Rooms along with Dormitory Facilities ( 09 AC dorms, 09 Non-AC Dorms) and a 30-seater Conference Room. The Guest House is also equipped with 50-seater Dining Hall, 24 Seater VIP Dining Hall ( all air-conditioned) perfectly matching upholsteries and a catering that carefully prepares and serves vegetarian, non-vegetarian and continental cuisines. It also facilitates 24-hour accessibility to the internet. This Guest House is within the reach of ATM, Post office, Banks.

The University also has a Transit Office cum Guest House at Maligaon, Guwahati with 01 conference room and 04 other rooms for the convenience of the employees and invited guests.
