Prof. Jyoti Prakash Tamang is an Indian food technologist, microbiologist and the officiating vice chancellor of the Sikkim Central University. Known for his studies on fermented food, He is an elected fellow of the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Indian Academy of Microbiological Sciences and the Biotech Research Society of India.

Prof. S. R. Joshi is an Indian food technologist, microbiologist at the Microbiology Laboratory, North-Eastern Hill University, India. Known for his studies on microbiology and has over 120 publications in the science.

Dr. Wahengbam Romi is an Indian food technologist, microbiologist at IASST, India. Known for his studies on molecular microbiology and has many publications in the science.
