Program Outcomes

• The courses at the UG and PG levels will sensitise the students to issues of intellectual property rights in an academic system so that they imbibe ethical practices at an early phase of their lives, which in the longer run get deeply embedded as good practices, as they step into their professional trajectories.
• Researchers with skills in landscaping of technologies based on comprehensive literature searches that include accessing and analysing patent literature and using the same for focused definition of their research problems and working out patent non-infringing solutions to their research problems thereby enhancing the quality of research output and targeting them for possible commercialisation.
• A platform with sound foundation for the development of smart human resource with appropriate training to explore new careers in IPR, management of innovation, enhanced employability and entrepreneurs from within the university system.
