* Enzyme mechanisms, Metabolic pathways, Protein ligand Interactions, Simulation of proteins, Protein folding, Thermodynamics and kinetics, free energy calculations, Drug discovery, Modeling physical perturbations of biology, Electric field induced strucutre and reactivity.
* Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations (AMBER, GROMACS), Hybrid Quantum Mechanics/ Molecular Mechanics (QM/MM) calculations (CHEMSHELL), Quantum Chemical (QM) calculations (GAUSSIAN, ORCA, TURBOMOLE), CP2K, TITAN, etc.
