Department of Computer Science and Engineering
The Department of Computer Sc. & Engineering was started with the object of
promoting specialized knowledge in the field of computer science and
information technology. In view of the world- wide shortage of skilled
manpower in the field of computer science, the Department strives to
channelize talented youth to this challenging and knowledge intensive field
by imparting quality technical education and skills, and by engaging in
research in the field. The programmes started under this Department were M.
Tech. in IT, Master of Computer Application, B.Tech in Computer Science and
Engineering and PhD in Computer Science and Engineering.
