Important Instructions for filling up the Online Examination Form
Before filling up the online form, the examination fee of Rs. 100/- per course in the form of Demand Draft must be kept ready.
Demand Draft Number, Date and Amount are required to be filled up in the online examination form.
Please ensure that the Demand Draft is made in favour of "The Registrar, Tezpur University" Payable at Tezpur, Assam.
Please be ready with scanned copy of photograph and signature(less then 50kb) before filling up the online registration form.
Scanned copy photograph of dimension around 340 x 440 px and signature dimension around 230 x 80 px has to be uploaded in the online registration form.
The Enrolment number, Programme code, Course code should be correctly filled in the Online examination form.
Please ensure that you have correctly chosen the course(s) for which you want to appear examination.
Selected Course(s) for which you want to appear the Examination will reflect in the Admit card.
In case of wrong course(s) being chosen, the examination fee paid for the same will not be refunded.
After submiting the online examination form, the learner must take a print out of the same, which along with the Demand Draft should reach the following address on or before 22-May-2018 :
"The Director, Centre for Open and Distance Learning (CODL), Tezpur University, Napaam, Tezpur, Assam, India, Pin: 784028"
Downloadable admit card shall be available online from June 1, 2018 onwards after scrutiny of the application by the authority
A copy of the print out of the application form must be retained by the learner till he/she receives the admit card.
Examination forms received without the requisite fee in the form of Demand Draft shall be summarily rejected.
Request for change of examination center shall not be entertained after submission.
