Amidst ecstatic fervor and enthusiasm, Tezpur University(TU) observed its 25th foundation Day and inaugurated the year long (21 January, 2018 - 21 January, 2019) Silver Jubilee celebrations. The event started with hoisting of the University's flag by the Vice-Chancellor of Tezpur University, Prof. Madan M Sarma in the presence of other dignitaries and guests. Later delivering the welcome address, Prof. Sarma, drew references from the reminiscent past highlighting the institution’s and student’s achievements over the years.
