24 November 2021: The award-giving ceremony of the Kailash Dutta Memorial Scholarship 2021 was held in the Departmental seminar-Hall on 24 November 2021 at 3.00 PM. For the year 2021, the scholarship was awarded to Ms. Juveriya for securing the highest CGPA of 8.85 in the first of the MA programme. Prof. Prasanta Kumar Das, Dean, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, TU, gave the award in presence of faculty, students, researchers of the department and Mr. Polash Dutta, elder brother of late Kailash Dutta. The award carries an amount of Rs. 10,000/- and a certificate.
