At about 1,965 mts. above sea level, Shillong Peak is the highest point in the state of Meghalaya. The view point gives a birds eye view of the city of Shillong. The view point is situated inside the premises of Air Force Station, Laitkor Peak, Upper Shillong. Just before entering the Air Force station, one can see vast organic farmlands and villagers on the roadside selling those organic products.
