NOTIFICATION

This is for information of all the concerned that Personal Interview (PI) of the short listed candidates for admission to PhD programme will be held on 19.06.2017 in the respective Departments. All the short list listed candidates are requested to report to the office of the Head of the concerned Departments at 9.30 a.m. on 19.06.2017. It may be noted that in some Departments the PI may continue to next day where the number of shortlisted candidates are many.

Those candidates who have applied for admission to PhD programme but not appeared in the entrance examination may directly report to the concerned Department for PI provided he/she has valid UGC/CSIR NET-JRF certificate.

The candidates are also requested to bring certificates, marksheets, OBC(NCL), SC, ST, PWD and JRF certificate, wherever applicable, in original and one set of self attested photocopies for submission in the Department.
