Central Library, Tezpur University was established in 1994 along with the establishment of the University. The library holds 77,286 volumes of Books, 12,133 titles of Journals (175 print journals + 11,958 e-journals), 7848 nos. of Back voulumes of Journals, 17 online databases, 500 e-Books, 407 theses and 753 dissertations. The library also holds more than 1999 CDs scattering to different thought contents.Central Library digitizes all Theses and Dissertations and stored in its ETD Repository. The e-ShodhSindhu Consortia of INFLIBNET Center is providing access facility to 10,725 e-journals and also gets online access of 926 e-journals through DelCon Consortium. Central Library also subscribed 307 e-journals. Central Library users can access book database, theses database, journal database, e-journals and other e-resources from any terminal within the University campus.
